Dear customer,

We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, region FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany).

General information:

• We will carry out maintenance in Cleura Public Cloud, region FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
• The maintenance window starts: 2026-08-31 at 08:00 CEST.
• The maintenance window ends: 2026-09-04 at 17:00 CEST.
• Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window.

Customer impact:

Small occasional interruptions on OpenStack APIs.
We anticipate impact to our network as we upgrade our network nodes and control plane. This will be noticed through short network outages (from a few seconds up to 30 seconds) and re-connection of your VPN tunnels during the following time periods:

• 2026-09-01 at 17:30 - 20:30 CEST

As with any maintenance, however, the actual upgrades, restarts and patching can also affect your services. Please get in touch with our support if you experience any unexpected behaviour in your environment.

Scope:

During this maintenance window in FRA1, several improvements will be implemented from functionality to security alignment.
The major part of the scope is an OpenStack upgrade from Epoxy to Gazpacho, which will add new functionality to OpenStack services.
