We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, region FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
General information
- We will carry out maintenance in Cleura Public Cloud, region FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Phase 1: The maintenance window starts 2026-03-03 at 18:00, and ends at 21:00 CET.
- Phase 2: The maintenance window starts 2026-03-04 at 18:00, and ends at 21:00 CET.
- Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window.
Customer impact
During this maintenance window, we anticipate impact to our network as we upgrade our network nodes. This will be noticed through short network outages (from a few seconds up to 30 seconds) and re-connection of your VPN-tunnels during the following time periods:
- 2026-03-03 at 18:00 - 21:00 CET
- 2026-03-04 at 18:00 - 21:00 CET
As with any maintenance, however, the actual upgrades, restarts and patching can also affect your services. Please get in touch with our support if you experience any unexpected behaviour in your environment.
Scope
During this maintenance window in FRA1, we are going to:
- Upgrade the operating system of our infrastructure servers to a newer version.
- Perform security patching of our infrastructure services.
