  • Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window

  Customer impact

  • During this maintenance window, we anticipate impact to our network as we upgrade our network nodes. This will be noticed through short network outages (from a few seconds up to 30 seconds) and re-connection of your VPN-tunnels during the following time periods:

    • 2026-02-17 at 18:00 - 21:00 CET
    • 2026-02-18 at 18:00 - 21:00 CET
    • 2026-02-19 at 18:00 - 21:00 CET

  • As with any maintenance, however, the actual upgrades, restarts and patching can also affect your services. Please get in touch with our support if you experience any unexpected behavior in your environment.
