FRA1 Issues with networking

We are pleased to report that the incident affecting Object Storage, Network, and API in our FRA1 region has been fully resolved. Following the implementation of a fix and a period of monitoring, all services have returned to normal operation. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. Following the identification of the root cause of the major networking issues in the FRA1 region, our Operations team has implemented a fix. We are now observing improvements across affected services, including Object Storage, Network, and API. At this stage, we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that all services remain stable and fully recover. We will provide further updates as we confirm sustained resolution.

We previously reported major networking issues in the FRA1 region, impacting API access, the Cleura Cloud Management Portal, VPNs, Load Balancers, and Floating IPs. Our Operations team has now potentially identified the root cause of the disruption. We are preparing to apply a fix and will provide further updates as soon as the fix is in place.
